The most quickly phone ever, cheap, good size, and confortable handle.
Battery is not durable but i understand for the work inside.

Gorilla glass

The gorilla glass display is not perfectly flat it is defect at the charging side... When you look under the light, you can see the light reflect does not mirror.. and when i try to fix tempered glass on it there will be big portion of space that can't contact with the tempered glass...other than that there's no problem to it and i don't mind that.. Im starting to love this phone and your brand... Please do a proper checking for your next model before releasing it please...cause i'm looking foward for upcoming snapdragon 888 model... Overall well done for creating this phone loving it...

I am very pleased with the phone. It looks great, very powerful, the screen is huge to work with emails as well as games, and it charges very fast.
Camera quality is OK (not amazing), but I did not expect a top tier camera on this phone anyway. So it wasn't a big deal for me.
Value for money for this phone is very high.

Redmagic 5s

The package arrived in a medium sized 18x18 box more or less with sturdy packaging around the product. The unboxing experience is rather decent especially for a phone of this price. The fresh air of brand new product comes along with it too. The phone itself is a beast laying waste and despair to the antutu scores and any app.

    The default version of the phone from the Global Store is the European version.The Eclipse  Black  is not  available  for  countries  that use the North America version.

    If you are not satisfied with your RedMagic product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.  

    To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement.

    The official warranty policy is for the RedMagic phones bought from our official website (redmagic.gg) is as follows:

  • Is tax included in the total price?

    All taxes are included for all regions except for Canada, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Asia Pacific and Middle East. For Canada, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Asia Pacific and Middle East, all of our products will be shipped under DDU terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. 

    * Kindly remind: if the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your RedMagic smartphone.

    Yes, we will send extra adaptors for orders from Asia Pacific (and it’s conversion head for Australia), so that will fit your country standard.
