Actually after 2 weeks of use the 6Pro with all it’s accessories, It’s really amazing smartphone with integrated system operation He makes me offer my iPhone12ProMax For Sale directly I’m really tired of Apple Product and support, But I face some issues with some functions and I submit After sales support ticket and I’m waiting them replay I look forward to providing the best

  • What is the version of the phone from the Global Store?

    The default version of the phone from the Global Store is the European version.The Eclipse  Black is not  available for countries that use the North America version.

    *Note* Customers in Japan, Mexico, Chile and Taiwan will receive the North American version.

    If you are not satisfied with your RedMagic product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.  

    To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement.

  • Is tax included in the total price?

    Important note: If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer.

    Yes, we will send extra adaptors for orders from Asia Pacific (and it’s conversion head for Australia), so that will fit your country standard.
