Awesome First Redmagic Phone

I really like it, really sleek and stylish. I could've given 5stars, but the Bluetooth connection to my car keeps disconnecting and connecting non stop so I ended up not pairing it to my car's Bluetooth, I did not have issues like this with my other phones, you guys should probably check it out.

  • What is the version of the phone from the Global Store?

    The default version of the phone from the Global Store is the European version.The Eclipse  Black is not  available for countries that use the North America version.

    *Note* Customers in Japan, Mexico, Chile and Taiwan will receive the North American version.

    If you are not satisfied with your RedMagic product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.  

    To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement.

    Important note: If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer.

    Yes, we will send extra adaptors for orders from Asia Pacific (and it’s conversion head for Australia), so that will fit your country standard.
