Important update on customer support

Over the past few days we’ve experienced some issues with our support email provider, and as a result we are temporarily unable to access support@redmagic.gg.

If you’ve tried to reach out to support in the past week, we want you to know that the team is working to resolve the issue and have the account running smoothly again. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. 

To make things right, we are indefinitely extending the warranty/return period on all REDMAGIC phone orders made since June 9, 2019. 

As we work to fix things, please allow us extra time as we respond to your support request. Thank you for your patience.
