Definition

  • REDMAGIC is a sub-brand of Nubia with registered offices.
  • Contract - the sales contract concluded by the seller and the buyer according to this clause.
  • Order - A request made by a buyer on a Web site to purchase and deliver the goods selected on the Web site at the address specified in the request.

  • Buyers are citizens who intend to order, purchase or use goods on the website for personal, family, and other needs unrelated to entrepreneurial activities.

  • Commodity - the object of sale (thing) that has not been seized or restricted in civil circulation and is sold on the website by placing it in the corresponding part of the website.

Payments

Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. REDMAGIC or the Seller does not charge extra transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred. 

 

Shipping Policy

We will require 3 processing days to arrange shipping after payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of REDMAGIC and the Seller. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

The Seller will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is usually available for any REDMAGIC phone. Please note that the Seller does not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

How is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. The following options can be selected during checkout:

FEDEX (1-2 business day processing time + 3–7 business days delivery)

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only but the Seller will choose the best and fastest logistic provider for you. Additional charges will be necessary for shipping to addresses in remote locations. The Seller is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Policy

Returns or Replacement

The policy of the Seller lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone past after you received it, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or replacement. (7 days for Paraguay)

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, the Seller requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the Seller will send you an email to notify you that the returned items were received. The Seller will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. 

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should contact support@redmagic.gg first, or visit https://help.redmagic.gg/hc/en-us for more details.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Seller doesn't guarantee that your returned item will be received.

 

Warranty

REDMAGIC smartphone and accessories purchased on global.redmagic.gg come with a 1-year limited warranty and 6-month limited warranty separately, starting from the date of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product. This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase.

The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, please present your original Proof of Purchase (screenshot), model and serial number of your product, and photographic evidence of the product’s defects to REDMAGIC Customer Service at https://help.redmagic.gg/hc/en-us.

The warranty will be considered invalid under the following circumstances:

  • Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by REDMAGIC.
  • Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
  • Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by REDMAGIC.
  • Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by REDMAGIC.
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
  • Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
  • Products not purchased from redmagic.gg.
  • Repair conducted by un-official repair center.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

No Waiver

REDMAGIC and the Seller retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.

Certain trademarks belong to third parties and may not be used without permission. See their respective websites for more information.

Disclaimer

REDMAGIC and the Seller are not liable for any loss or damages that may arise from using our services.

Changes

REDMAGIC and the Seller reserve the right to update this document at any time without prior notification.
