The REDMAGIC AquaCore Cooling system in all REDMAGIC 11 Series models, is engineered for both safety and durability. It has undergone tens of thousands of drop tests that exceed industry standards to ensure real-world performance and reliability.

In extreme cases involving excessive external force, minor leakage from the liquid cooling layer may occur. However, the cooling fluid is non-conductive and used in very small quantities, so it will not cause liquid ingress, short-circuiting, or motherboard corrosion.
If leakage is detected, the after-sales service center will perform a professional inspection to determine whether the damage was caused by external factors. Based on the inspection results, the repair may qualify for either free warranty service or paid repair.

Yes, REDMAGIC 11S Pro supports Dual SIM functionality with two active SIMs simultaneously.

For orders from Australia (AU), New Zealand (NZ), Chile (CL), Saudi Arabia (SA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore (SG), Macau (MO), Hong Kong (HK), United Kingdom (GB), Kuwait (KW), India (IN), Middle East (MEA), we will have a UK charger or include an extra adapter to ensure compatibility with your country’s standards.
Customers in Chile and Norway will receive the Version with the European Charger.
Customers in the Philippines will receive the version with a Type A charger.

No, tax is not included in the price.
