Update on Support, 07/01: Support is back up

As you might be aware, our support email server experienced downtime last week.

 

The good news is that it's now back up and you are welcome to reach out to support@redmagic.gg should you need assistance for your RedMagic device. 

 

Unfortunately, the support team was unable to recover previous support request emails. If you’ve reached out to support recently and are awaiting a resolution, we request that you to re-send your message.

 

Please include all the relevant information in your email, such as your order number and details on your issue. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. 

 

But rest assured, we’ve extended warranty/return period on all RedMagic phone orders made since June 9, 2019 by 7 days

 

As we work through a backlog of support requests, please allow us extra time to respond. Thank you for your patience.
