Unfortunately, the support team was unable to recover previous support request emails. If you’ve reached out to support recently and are awaiting a resolution, we request that you to re-send your message.
Please include all the relevant information in your email, such as your order number and details on your issue. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
But rest assured, we’ve extended warranty/return period on all Red Magic phone orders made since June 9, 2019 by 7 days.
