Delivery: For most countries and regions, delivery is anticipated by December 23.

Order Placed After December 15, 2024

Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
Delivery: Heightened demand during the holiday season may result in longer delivery times. Consequently, delivery by December 23 cannot be guaranteed.

A Caveat: Orders containing pre-ordered items are excluded from the aforementioned timelines. For instance, the Dusk 24GB+1TB model, available in selected stores, is expected to ship within 1–2 weeks. Please consult the relevant purchasing page for precise details.

Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
